Primary Teaching Assistant

Career Teachers are looking to recruit a motivated and passionate Teaching Assistant to provide tailored classroom support in a 2 form entry, vibrant Oldham primary school.

The successful candidate will have experience working with groups and be able to show evidence of impact on children's progress through the use of interventions.

We are looking for an individual who could offer a flexible approach and can provide PPA cover 1 day per week.

This is a full time position to start in January and is expected to continue until the end of the academic year. To be successful for this Teaching Assistant role, you will have:

• Experience of working in a primary school
• Excellent literacy, numeracy and ICT skill
• A specialism for SEN/ASD and/or strong behaviour management experience
• A calm and positive attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
