Our schools provides quality education for children within the school's local area, providing the foundations for pupils' development further up the school. About the Role - Primary Unqualified Teacher
As an unqualified teacher you will be fully responsible as the class teacher, leading a class in your specialist year group in the EYFS, Key Stage 1 or 2. These are full time teaching roles, on a long term basis (minimum of 6 weeks). We provide competitive pay rates starting from £100 per day, reflecting your own work experience and workload, and with the possibility of being made permanent in the future.
Person Specification - Primary Unqualified Teacher
- Be passionate about teaching, inspiring the next generation of scholars, writers and public speakers;
- Have a dedicated and creative approach when planning lessons and delivering learning activities;
- Be flexible and adaptable;
- Promote positive behaviour, using established behaviour management skills;
- Have a nurturing personality and ability to develop relationships quickly;
- Be an excellent communicator, delivering engaging special learning opportunities;
- Have a positive work ethic, which inspires both staff and pupils;
- Create a fun, safe and inspiring learning environment, setting high expectations of achievement, supporting your pupils reach their full potential.
You will have at least 4 years' experience as a classroom primary teacher and must hold a bachelor degree.
We require references and an up to date DBS with update service. If you do not have one you will need to apply for a brand new DBS certificate.
