Do you have experience of working with children with SEND needs? Career Teachers are working with a primary school who a looking for an experienced teaching assistant to support a child with Down syndrome starting school in September.

The role

SEND Teaching Assistant

To support 1-1 child with Down syndrome in reception


September 2020 start

Full time position

Daily rate £70-£80

Personal care may be required

The successful SEND teaching Assistant must have experience of working with children with Down syndrome in an early years setting. You will need to be able to work as part of a team and be organised and show initiative and patient with a caring attitude.

The school is a three-form entry primary school located close to public transport links.
