SEN Teaching Assistant - Lambeth - Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant, to provide 1:1 support to a child who has SEN, at a Mainstream Primary School within the London Borough of Lambeth.

You will be providing invaluable support to a child who is in KS1, who has Autism. You will develop an excellent working relationship with them, supporting them with all aspects of their learning.

Ideally, you will have prior experience of supporting children who have ASD, although this is not essential. It is important that you are calm and patient in your approach, and willing to be flexible in accordance with the needs of the child. You may need to be creative and think of interesting and innovative ways to engage them in tasks, such as taking work outside.

  • Pay rate between £70 and £90 per day, depending on experience
