Person Specification - SEN TA - Lambeth
The successful SEN Teaching Assistant must have experience or qualification of working with children on a 1:1 basis with children with ASD needs. You will need to be able to work as part of a team and be organised and show initiative. You will need to be patient with a caring attitude.
The ideal person would need
- Experience working with non verbal children with ASD.
- Experience of working with and planning for a children with Autism.
- Good experience and good attitude to work.
- Pecs, makaton/BSL desirable
- May need to provide personal care
