Person Specification - Graduate Secondary Teaching Assistant (TA)
The successful Teaching Assistant (TA) applicant will be a recent university graduate or current postgraduate student; hold strong literacy and numeracy skills; a specialist in English; be enthusiastic, proactive and engaging; be able to provide effective support to all children under direction of the subject teachers, including those with special educational needs; be approachable to all pupils and act as a behavioural role model.
Successful Applicants will be subject to references and an up to date DBS with update service or be willing to apply for a new DBS.
