Exciting Opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to work one to one with children who have additional needs
Join us as a Teaching Assistant (TA) at one of our supportive mainstream schools in Beddington (between Sutton, Merton and Croydon) Starting ASAP you'll work alongside dedicated educators, shaping the learning journey for 4-8 year olds with moderate SEN and additional needs.
A community 3 form entry infant and Nursery school on the borders of Sutton and Croydon. The school is unique in that it is a free-flowing open environment where children are encouraged to learn independently and make their own learning choices. There is a big emphasis on creativity and staff work collaboratively.
We are looking for a TA who has experience of supporting young children with SEN and additional needs on a one to one basis. Familiarity with the national curriculum, an understanding of child development and learning, excellent communication skills, adaptability, empathy, and dedication to promoting equal opportunities are the key qualities we seek in a TA.
