We are looking for an excellent Maths NQT (Newly Qualified Teacher) to join a supportive Secondary Academy in the London Borough of Southwark. As the newly appointed Maths NQT you will be joining a great school which provides unique and innovative education preparing students for success in a rapidly changing world. The school has extremely high expectations for behaviour and academic success and therefore the NQT that joins will be able to maintain these high expectations.
You will be joining a successful Maths Department and as the successful Maths NQT you will contribute further to that success. As an NQT you will be offered excellent support from the Head of Maths who will also double as your NQT mentor. You will also work alongside experienced colleagues who share the same vision, values and ethos in providing students with a well-rounded education.
The successful Maths NQT will have experience of teaching across KS3 and KS4 through their placements. You will be confident to teach across both KS3 and KS4 and for the right person there will be opportunities to teach KS5.
