A rapidly improving Secondary school in New Cross, Lewisham is looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for a position starting in September.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Teaching Assistant who has a Dyslexia teaching qualification and OCR Level 5 or 7 in specific learning difficulties. You will be working with a variety of special educational needs pupils who need additional support in core subjects and learning. This is a vibrant and diverse school community that is fully focused on delivering a broad and balanced curriculum that provides the best education for all pupils. In 2014 GCSE results saw over 70% of students achieved A* - C grades in subjects such as English, Higher Maths, the Sciences, Languages, Art, Music, ICT, Citizenship, History and Geography. The school also offers pupils a wide range of extracurricular activities that allow pupils to develop outside of their academics and mix with different pupils and members of staff.
