You will mainly be teaching Key Stages 1 - 2. You will need to have a good amount of experience preparing classwork for SEND pupils that builds their confidence and understanding. There are low behaviour issues at this school due to excellent behaviour management techniques and a strong team of staff who are heavily supported by an excellent leadership team.
