The post would suit an experienced or Head of Department or qualified teacher with QTS, with the ability and experience to teach science up to Key Stage 4. The school is hoping to attract a dedicated and talented individual who will quickly make an impression both as an inspirational role model to students and as a supportive and hardworking.
There is a mixture of experienced teachers already in the school who work together to plan lessons and resource new and different ways to teach the curriculum. Students are working towards GCSE and supporting life skills.
The school are keen to appoint someone who also has an interest in other areas as extracurricular activities are important to the schools ethos. This school has a very strong academic reputation that has gone from strength to strength and shows the hard efforts of staff and pupils and their behaviour and positive attitude.
