Career Teachers are currently recruiting for a Teacher of Chemistry for an 'outstanding' Secondary school.

About the role - Chemistry Teacher - London

The successful candidate will be joining a supportive department. You will have complete responsibility for the class including, planning and preparing lessons, delivering lessons and assessing students. This is a full time position and will be a long term temporary contract for an academic year.

Person Specification - Chemistry Teacher - London

You must be willing to teach across all of the science disciplines, including Biology and Physics, as well as Chemistry up to KS5.

You must be a teacher dedicated in aiding the learning of children and aim to raise attainment.

The ideal teacher must be able to commit for at least 1 academic year.

  • Hold UK QTS or an overseas teaching qualification including degree
  • Have good subject knowledge
  • Have experience in teaching KS3-KS5
  • Prepare and deliver lessons to a range of classes of different ages and abilities
