Are you an EYFS Coordinator looking for a non-class based role within the Senior Leadership Team?

Are you looking fora new permanent role for either October 2022 or January 2023?

Career Teachers are working in partnership with an Ofsted rated "Outstanding" Primary School located in Barnet (NW2) We are looking to recruit a committed EYFS Coordinator to start in either October 2022 or January 2023 either on a long term contract or permanent basis.

What you will need:

  • An meticulous, professional, creative and driven mindset as a leader to promote effective learning, high quality results and the ability to manage a team of staff
  • Have some experience of leading a year group or phase in previous positions or experience of assisting with the leadership of a year group is desirable for this particular role
  • Ability to inspire and challenge pupils and motivate others by example. You must hold and deliver positivity within your attitude and be willing to make a significant contribution to raising standards across the school.
  • Committed to working with all members of the school community, particularly with parents.
  • Eager to take a full and active part in all aspects of school life. You must be passionate about making learning experiences exciting, memorable and fun.
  • Experience and full understanding of the EYFS Development Matters (2021) curriculum is essential.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Be able to provide 2 references
