Teaching Assistant

A mainstream Primary School in Southwark are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join the team starting in January.
The school are looking for someone to run Interventions with children in various year groups, throughout the school.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be working closely with the SENCO, to provide support to children who need some additional support with their learning. You will work with children on a 1:1 basis for 1-1.5 hours each. You will work with various children throughout the day.
The school are looking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant, with knowledge of working with various SEND, particularly ASD.
You will be able to commit to this role for at least a year, as the school are looking to invest in you and provide development opportunities to support you in this role, and beyond.
The role is offered on a full time basis, working Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
The Primary School is based close to Elephant & Castle, so has excellent transport links.
Salary is negotiable, dependant on experience, between £76 and £90 per day.
