We are looking for an experienced KS2 Teacher to work with a Year 3 class at a 2 form entry Primary School in Greenwich, to cover maternity leave.
The position is available to start in September 2021, and will continue for at least 2 terms, with potential for a permanent contract thereafter.
You will be working alongside a highly experienced Teacher as your year group partner, who you will share the planning responsibility for the year group with. In addition, you will be supported be a Teaching Assistant who knows the class extremely well, as they are moving up with them from Year 3.
Ideally, you will be available for a handover day before the end of July, but this is not essential.
Leading by example, working closely with colleagues to plan the school's work and with parents to ensure a supportive learning environment both at home and at school, you will be helping the children in your class expand their knowledge and play a positive role in school life.
