Career Teachers are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to work with a lovely, welcoming and popular Primary School in Fulham.
This is a varied and interesting role where you will split your time between the following tasks:
- Working on a 1:1 basis with a boy in a Year 2 class who has some Speech & Language needs and specifically needs support with reading and writing
- General class Teaching Assistant duties, supporting the Class Teacher
- Working with small intervention groups with a focus on English
The position is available for an immediate start, and will continue for the remainder of the academic year. The school may be looking to extend this into the following academic year.
Salary for this position will be £70-80 per day, depending on your experience.
The Primary School is based within the Fulham area, and has good transport links via the District line. They are a very welcoming and friendly school and has always been very popular with our staff.
We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant, who is passionate about making a positive contribution to the children's learning. You will have prior experience of working with children in small groups and on a 1:1 basis. In addition, you will have an excellent level of written and spoken English as this will be essential for the intervention groups and the 1:1 support.
