With all of the challenges that this past year and a half has brought for schools, we know that there have been less opportunities available for Early Careers Teachers, like yourself, to find a new role.
New, permanent positions will be available from January, Easter and from September 2022. In the meantime, you could work with Career Teachers as a Supply Teacher.

Supply work is usually to cover for planned absences and sickness cover. This will be a mixture of being booked in advance, and being available for last minute calls in the morning. We'll always do our best to keep you as local as possible, and you'll find you are going back to the same schools on a regular basis.
Supply cover can very quickly turn in to a long term placement. If you do a good job, and the school have a longer term absence/sickness/maternity leave need arise, they will likely ask you to stay! This may even become a permanent position, and the chance to do your induction!
We work with Primary Schools across South London, so will be able to help you find work wherever you live!
Pay for supply work will start at £140 per day, with long term positions being paid more.
