Here at Career Teachers, Anna is recruiting for a number of brilliant primary schools in SE London who are looking for one to one teaching assistants to join their team of support staff. Our schools provide quality education for children within the school's local area, providing the foundations for pupils' development further up the school. TAs are vital to the overall learning and development of pupils at the school, tailoring their approach to optimise learning opportunities, especially for children with additional needs. For those keen in a career in teaching, our schools are offering you the perfect opportunity to develop your skills and experience in the classroom before taking the leap into teaching.
The Schools - South East London
They provide expert learning opportunities to children in the local area, supporting pupils to be well rounded, enjoying learning, making friendships and having a range of opportunities that might otherwise not be available to them. Our school works effectively with all members of their community, parents and staff, to provide a safe and nurturing environment, de-escalating challenging behaviour and promoting positive relationships.

As a one to one Teaching Assistant or LSA you will be supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEND), cultivating a love of learning and building functional skills, on a long term supply basis, with competitive salary per day, starting from £70, reflecting your own work experience and workload. Pupils will have additional needs, for example Autism (ASD), where you will need to adapt resources and the learning for them to be able to engage at their level.
