A Graduate Teaching Assistant with a specialism in phonics is needed to start as soon as possible.

This Primary School is set in the heart of East London's Diverse Community. It is a happy, caring school with a warm, welcoming and stimulating learning environment. There is a highly professional, hard working and dedicated staff team and supportive Governors. The School value the family ethos and "can do" attitude that enables pupils to achieve their full potential. The School are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Graduate Teaching Assistant with a specialism in phonics, who is interested in a future teaching career to join the schools support staff team. This is a temporary contract for a year, so those interested in teachers can gain valuable experience while applying for training. The main role will be to support children, and work alongside other professionals to meet the needs of the children at this East London Primary School. An understanding of supporting children with phonics and speech and language difficulties would be desirable, You will join a friendly, supportive and hardworking team.
