The person:

  • Can confidently teach Year 2
  • Has a track record of good or outstanding teaching with high expectations of achievement & behaviour
  • Can demonstrate high standards of classroom practice
  • Have an understanding of a range of assessment for learning strategies
  • Possess strong Numeracy and Literacy skills, specialists in these areas will be of interest
  • Provide high quality teaching in an environment that fosters an appetite for learning throughout their life
