We have an excellent Secondary School located in Bromley who have an opportunity for an English teacher who have an opening for an Early Careers Teacher (ECT) to join their enthusiastic and welcoming English department.
You will be supported by experienced staff members.
This role would involve delivering engaging English lessons, guiding pupils in their academic growth, and nurturing their social and emotional development.
As an ECT you will play a role in shaping young minds, fostering creativity, and instilling that love and passion for learning.
This is role to start in January and will be full time.

Provide students with a well-balanced education.
What is required;
You will need to hold a formal teaching qualification - Teacher Status is essential (QTS)
You will work collaboratively with other teaching staff to ensure planning and resources are effective.
Meet the needs of the individual students through differentiation and adapting lesson plans.
Deliver effective and outstanding lessons.
Continuous Assessment of students.
Promote positive behaviour.
