Career Teachers are looking for high level teaching assistants to work with us.

We work with a school in Southwark, and this is a great opportunity to work with children with a range of needs and abilities.

About Us

Career Teachers provide a high-quality, personalised service by working in partnership with schools and education professionals. We provide schools with compliant, fully qualified, and experienced teachers and support staff. We also offer UK teachers, overseas teachers, and support staff a wide variety of education roles in Primary, Secondary and SEND schools across the UK.

The role:

In this exciting position you will be working one to one or in small groups & covering the tecaher at times. You will be confident in differentiating your activities when required due to the mixed ability of each class. You will be expected to engage pupils with the learning and monitor pupil progress closely, ensuring that your pupils maximise their learning potential.

Job requirements:

• Good classroom based experience
• A patient and understanding approach
• Experience working with SEND pupils
• Maintain classroom management and classroom organisation
• Great communication skills and ability to work within a team
• Adhere to the schools' policies

To be successful in your application you must be able to provide sufficient references.

Salary is negotiable, depending on experience, between £80 and £100 per day.
