I am recruiting for a Science Teacher to work in secondary school in Liverpool, the role is full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am-3:30pm to start after half term until Christmas. You would be required to cover all Science subjects up to GCSE level.

The children will range from age 11 to 16 years so experience teaching this age range is essential. As a science teacher, you will be required to teach different science subjects so confidence in being able to teach from prepared planning will also be an essential part of this role.

There is a daily rate on offer of £135-£185 per day depending on experience.

To be considered you will be:

• A qualified secondary teacher with QTS or equivalent
• Degree in Chemistry, Biology or Physics
• Fully enhanced DBS checked on the update service or be willing to get one in process.
• Knowledgeable of teaching to the secondary curriculum (various subjects preferred)
• An excellent timekeeper
• Organised and adept at reporting to the necessary people
• Able to commit to one full term.
