What you will need to be considered:
- Experience supporting children with ASD & challenging behaviour
- A calm, can do attitude
- An emphatic nature and understanding of the children's needs
- To be able to commit to full time on a long-term basis
- A fully enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to get one in process
This is a fantastic, supportive school that looked after all staff during the pandemic. Making sure they were all paid in full even when working on a part time rota or not at all due to shielding. As well as this, they offer in house training and have a very supportive SLT and school mentors.
