Are you an experienced and/or qualified Special Needs Teaching Assistant, looking to further your career within a supportive a rewarding environment?

Career Teachers are actively looking for experienced/and/or qualified Special Needs Teaching Assistants to join their team for immediate work across in Hillingdon.

These immediate roles can be based in one of a number of schools and can be part time or full time, temporary with the opportunity of long term and potentially permanent offerings for successful candidates. Our Teaching Assistants support a variety of needs (SEBD/EBD/AUTISM/ADHD/Dyslexia/Challenging Behaviour) in a Primary school setting. The work offered could be on a 1:1 or small group basis depending on the school and level of students.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience supporting pupils with special needs - Have a minimum of 3 months experience working in a classroom setting - Be flexible and adaptable - Have experience with Makaton / PECs / Team Teach (desirable) - Be calm and positive with a supportive approach
