A Primary School in South Leeds have asked Career Teachers to source an ECT/ HLTA / Graduate TA to work with groups of under attaining pupils in maths , reading , writing , spelling and grammar. The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of the core subjects English and Maths and will have the ability to engage with reluctant learners using exciting delivery techniques.
Planning from class teachers will be provided so it is a matter of delivering the sessions in a fun and exciting way . You will need to use your judgement occasionally and tweak the planning if the children require more input or a different style but the Headteacher has explained that our strong candidate will be more than capable of this if necessary.
The hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 3.30pm and the successful candidate will be paid £85-£90 (£110 for NQT's )per day on a weekly timesheet basis. The role is from ASAP until the end of July 2022!
