Person Specification for Complex Needs SEN TeacherThis post requires a positive Complex Needs SEN Teacher who has worked in an environment with a high number of SEN pupils previously and 1 year of solid teaching experience. The Headteacher wants to recruit a teacher with developed an understanding of the problems different SEN children face and the skills to empathise with them when they are feeling stressed and misunderstood. The school wants to see teachers who have a passion for working with children who have physical and medical requirements, giving them the chance to progress and to realise their potential.
