Situated in the London borough of Havering this school is looking for either an experienced Geography teacher or an NQT to start with them in October 2019. The school are happy to consider employing a Geography teacher on either a fixed term contract or a long term supply basis.
The school is an oversubscribed 11-18 school that was awarded a GOOD with some OUTSTANDING features during their last OFSTED report in May 2016. The school is looking for a Geography Teacher to expand its humanities department to accommodate the increased levels of interest in Geography at A' Level and GCSE.
The ideal Geography Teacher will be responsible for teaching Geography mainly at key stage 5 and have the ability to use pedagogical techniques coupled with excellent subject knowledge to successfully deliver engaging Geography lessons.
