A lovely two form entry school based in Waltham Forest are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work with a young boy in Year 3 that is showing signs of challenging behaviour. The role is to work 1-1 on a daily basis to assist the child with learning boundaries and develop trust and respect for others as well as work on his individual learning in class.

The SENDCO who will be line managing the successful candidate is looking for a learning Support Assistant who is a great team player, fun loving, can be firm but fair, resilient and can be think on their feet.

The school is a two form entry rated good by Ofsted and has fantastic transport links to get to the school. There will be use of the ICT suite, large area for outside play with calm down and activity rooms also available.
