I am currently working with a vibrant 2 form entry Primary School based in Wood Green, Haringey who are looking to take on a full time Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with special educational needs. The school is well established and has a fantastic senior leadership team who are supportive of both student and staff development. They have fantastic provisions within their SEN department to make sure that all students are able to gain the best support and make progress.
The atmosphere is both vibrant and nurturing, there is a fantastic behaviour policy in place which in turn has led to an excellent level of behaviour in all year groups. Class sizes are smaller than the national average which is rarely found in London.
The school are looking for an enthusiastic and hard working teaching assistant who is able to make a real difference to a students education. Applicants should have experience of working in a school or care based environment with children who have special needs.
