Great department with supportive HOD A fantastic Secondary School in Hillingdon, North West London is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, energetic and inspiring Drama Teacher. Experienced teachers, Newly Qualified Teachers and Overseas Trained Teachers will all be considered for this position. The role can be offered on a 0.8 contract if you are not looking for a full time position. This is a well resourced, excellently facilitated and dynamic secondary school that has been continually graded as 'Outstanding' at Ofsted. This 'Outstanding' title is encompassed into all aspects of the school's environment, including facilities, teaching, exam results and pupils. The exam results gained in 2016 for GCSE were way above national average demonstrating the high standard of teaching that runs rife through this excellent Barnet based secondary school. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic Drama teacher whose passion for their subject will be projected on to school students. You will also be able to plan, prepare and deliver engaging, informative and memorable lessons that encourage a love for Drama, Performing Arts and learning. The Drama department encourages teachers to get pupils involved in as many performances and activities as possible to make learning something new, fun and exciting. This school is in an excellent location and can be accessed by local train, tube and bus - they also have ample parking on site should you drive.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and NQTs as you will be able to work closely with excellent department teams, and will be fully supported by an strong and forward thinking leadership team.
