Graduate Teaching Assistant

Are you a graduate who is considering going into teaching?

Have you had experience working with children in schools or the local community?

The School

I am currently working with a Primary academy based in Barnet. They are currently looking for Graduate Teaching Assistants to work within their Primary team from October 2019. The school is a one form entry mainstream primary school based around 10 minutes from Burt Oak station with fantastic transport links on the Northern and Jubilee underground lines as well as by car and bus.

The Role - Graduate Teaching Assistant

  • Full-time, 5 days a week - Monday to Friday.
  • £65-£85 a day
  • October 2019 start
  • Long-term, the school someone who is available to at least July 2020.
  • Fantastic progression opportunities.


  • Ideally a graduate interested in becoming a Teacher.
  • Experience working with children or young people.
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs is an advantage but not essential.
