As a Nursery Assistant, you will be expected to have a rounded understanding of the early years' framework. With the ability to implement the framework and stages of development into your practice, supporting children across development stages from 0 to 5 years old. You will be combining your knowledge of early years framework and interactive play techniques with your compassion and understanding of the varying needs and abilities.

Qualifications and Requirements
All the below requirements are essential for this position:
- 5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.
- Level 2/3 Early Years Education Qualification
- Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools
- Previous experience in working in an early year's environment within a UK
- Fluent level of English, both spoken and written.
- Any CDP or specialist training
