Role: Invigilator

Location: Manchester

Career Teachers are currently recruiting for a number of Invigilators for 3 separate secondary schools within the Manchester area.

The role will involve invigilating various exams under the guidance of a lead Invigilator. These positions are due to begin ASAP and will continue for the next few weeks throughout the exam season. We can offer flexibility with morning sessions, afternoon sessions or you can be booked for the whole day when a school has both sessions available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hand out and collect in the exam papers
  • Ensure the pupils are completing their exams
  • Provide assistance to pupils where required in terms of stationery
  • Ensure there is no talking
  • Follow guidance from lead Invigilator

You will have previously worked as an Exam Invigilator and be familiar with the job role and procedures. You must hold an enhanced DBS certificate on the online update service and have right to work in the UK. Ideally you will have your own transport and be flexible on location within the Manchester area.
