Calling all actors!
Are you an actor who has experience working with secondary age pupils?
Do you want to work in an exciting role, supporting pupils and making a real difference whilst getting paid?
If so, we have the role for you.
Career Teachers are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, dynamic and engaging actors who want to work in secondary schools in Manchester and Bury providing day to day cover for classes.

You will be passionate about raising standards, able to interact and engage with secondary age pupils easily and quickly build rapport.
The role of a cover supervisor is a varied one with no 2 days being the same. You will need to be flexible as roles often come up at short notice and you will need to be able to get to the school for the start of the day. You will also require an enhanced DBS certificate.
The hours are generally between 8.00am - 3.00pm meaning you can paid during the day and still take auditions at night! In addition, you gain some great experience within the education sector to add to your CV.
