Career Teachers are currently working in partnership with a secondary school based in Dudley who are seeking to appoint a qualified secondary teacher, responsible for teaching Food Technology starting January 2022.
This is a fantastic opportunity for Early Career Teachers (NQT's) at the beginning of their teaching career journey as well as Recently Qualified Teachers (RQT's) and experienced Teachers who are looking to further their career.
We require an exceptional classroom practitioner with the passion and experience of teaching Food Technology at KS3-4. This is a full-time position to start January 2022 on a temporary, long-term basis. You will be required to plan, deliver, assess, and mark work. You will have the opportunity to contribute to an exciting curriculum, which will help motivate students to achieve beyond their potential.
To be successful for this role, you will have excellent subject knowledge of Food Technology at KS3-4 and hold qualified teacher status (QTS / QTLS). You will ideally have a valid enhanced DBS check on the update service or willing to undertake a new DBS as well as being able to provide a minimum of 2 x references to cover the last 2 years.
