Career Teachers are working with several education trusts in the Liverpool area who are looking for Graduates and experienced Cover supervisors who can cover secondary school bookings in various types of schools from Ofsted rated 'Good' to Outstanding schools.
Individuals will be required to work with schools where strong behaviour management will be crucial and there will be some schools where flexibility and movement throughout the school is essential.
If you have a degree in Science, Maths or English there is a possibility you may be required to teach and cover in core subjects. There is also a requirement for tutoring sessions within KS3 and KS4.
The times required are 8.30am-3pm and pays a daily rate of between £85-£90 per day.
To be suitable for these roles you must:
Be able to manage lessons and ensure students are working quietly under your supervision
You must be required to cover at short notice
Be available to take calls at 7am-8am
Excellent communication skills
Excellent knowledge across the secondary curriculum
Knowledge and understanding of a range of SEND
Good communication skills
