Career Teachers are recruiting for several Teaching Assistants to work in a Special School located in Nottingham city centre. This is a full time Monday to Friday role starting immediately. You will be paid between £76-£90 per day depending on experience.

The role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you be adaptable and flexible in your approach. You are required to support the class teacher to develop the education you are providing to the pupils to ensure you are meeting their individual needs. You must be able to maintain an environment where all children and young people within the school feel valued, safe and happy.

Requirements:

• DBS on the update service or able to apply for one through Career Teachers
• Good Autism practice due to the needs of the pupils
• Genuine interest working with Special Educational Needs
• Experience within a classroom
