Career Teachers is looking for a Early Years Teacher for a large through academy in Ealing. The school needs a EY teacher to start after the Easter break for a maternity cover.

The role will suit a teacher looking for a short term booking till the end of the academic year or a teacher looking for a new school for a career move, there will be vacancies for September. The school does not suffer a high turnover of staff, however it is a large through academy. The reason teachers leave is to travel back to their home country or family.

The school has a great HR and CPD department. The school is big with a small feel. The school prides itself on looking after the staff and children alike.

It is a forward thinking school that takes part in many new initiatives to enable consistency of teaching to support the staff and children. There is good parent contribution and behaviour policies at the school. The school runs a tight ship.

The school is diverse and the teaching staff cosmopolitan and boasts a great social side between staff.

The right candidate will have Early Years experience in planning and assessing.
