SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary TA- South East London

Lovely primary school in Southwark is looking for a full time teaching assistant to work in KS2. You will be allocated to three children with a medical need. You must have previous experience administering medication for diabetes. Its also essential that you have solid experience working in primary schools as a teaching assistant. The headteacher is keen to meet with candidates for a trial asap. If you have the relevant skills and experience, please contact me directly to discuss next steps. Other duties- Supporting the teacher

  • Providing 1:1 support and group activities with the children
  • Setting up the classroom
  • Meeting with parents
  • Planning work
  • Playground duty
  • assessments and reports

SEND experience would also be desirable for this role but not essential.
