Nursery School and Children Centre

This is a new school and centre. They decided to make the move in September 2018. The building is modern and loved by the children and parents. They have excellent facilities for the children and parents to access. The nursery prides itself in being able to provide children and families with the best. They are also part of a very close community and welcome their contribution also to the nursery.

The Nursery is part of the Lambeth Nursery Schools Federation comprising the 5 Lambeth Nursery Schools. This development supports them to work effectively together, whilst retaining their unique identities.

The nursery provision offers free places to children who are 3 and 4 years old and they also provide additional places for 2 year olds under the early learning offer.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and confident early years teacher with SENCO experience for a role to start in September. This nursery school, will provide boundless opportunities to use creative, interactive and engaging teaching methods that encourage pupils to participate in classroom activities actively and develop cognitive, numerical and verbal reasoning skills.

The nursery is an inclusive learning environment. As a Primary Teacher you will be responsible for teaching the early years curriculum.

  • Ensuring that children have support and meeting the needs of SEN children

  • Liaising with professionals and agencies outside the setting
  • Implementing the SEN policy
