Role: Deputy Inclusion Manager

Location: Stockport

Career Teachers are looking for a deputy inclusion manager to work at a local mainstream secondary school in the Stockport area.

The position will begin in September 2022 on a full-time basis, 5 days per week. Initially the role will be temporary but after 1 term the school are looking to offer the candidate a permanent contract.

The position will involve working in the isolation room, supporting pupils who have been removed from class. This role will suit someone who has strong behaviour management and can engage easily with disengaged students, getting them back on track and back into the classroom.

You may have previously worked as a teaching assistant or HLTA with a focus on behaviour or as a deputy inclusion manager or SENCO and are looking for a new exciting position.

The role will report into the inclusion manager and you will have a supportive team and structure in place to help you succeed in this position.
