Science Teacher

We are looking for a Science Teacher to start a post in January 2024 in Leeds. It is long term supply but the school would consider temp to perm for the right candidate.

You should be able to teach Science to KS4, and be keen to help develop resilience in the students and to guide them to taking responsibilty for their own learning. You will ideally be able to secure them excellent outcomes in the subject. Ideally you will be happy to also get involved in the extra curricular life of the school. You should be able to provide students with a safe and caring environment that they want to learn in.

The school will offer you plenty of CPD opportunities and empower you to be the best you can be, so you can do your best for their students. It's a close knit team, with plenty of collaboration. Working in a supportive environment and sharing best practice will help the school to raise the standards for students - you will play a key part in that.
