I am currently recruiting for a Teacher of Science for an 'outstanding' Secondary School, based in Hammersmith, West London. This is a long-term, full time position (Mondays - Fridays) starting beginning of January 2020.
Science Teacher with QTS required for KS5 Physics at Outstanding School from January 2020!
The ideal teacher must hold QTS or equivalent and must be able to commit for at least 2 academic terms
The school would prefer an experienced teacher, however is happy to consider newly qualified teachers eager to broaden their experience.
You must be a teacher dedicated in aiding the learning of children and aim to raise attainment.
Successful Teachers will be subject to references and a DBS on the update service or be happy to apply for a new DBS.
About the role
The successful candidate will be joining a successful, supportive Science Department. You must be willing to teach across all of the science subjects, including Biology, Chemistry and Physics up to KS5. You will teach Key stage three through to Key Stage four. You will be supported by a Teaching Assistant in the class for all periods.
You will have complete responsibility for the class including, planning and preparing lessons, delivering lessons and assessing students.
