Electrical Lecturer - Romford - ASAP start

A forward-thinking and innovative college in Romford is seeking an Electrical Lecturer to join their team in January.

Are you level 3 qualified? Do you possess a teaching qualification which enables you to meet the college's high expectations of their staff? We are looking for a motivated and pro-active candidate with extensive electrical knowledge and recent industrial experience to teach, assess and develop courses using blended learning and effective teaching styles.

Lecturers are expected to be able to adopt the procedures of the college as well as create a safe and welcoming working environment for all students. The role is very broad and comes with other responsibilities such as organising study trips as well as keeping up to date with staff learning which will be provided by the college.

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification and teaching qualification
  • Recent experience in the electrical industry
  • Recent experience teaching within the electrical industry
  • Undertake CPD activities as and when required

  • Enthusiasm for the Electrical industry
  • Awareness of health and safety regulations
  • Commitment to equality and diversity
  • Understanding of safeguarding legislation
