You must have a natural approach to teaching, inspiring young learners and maintaining high expectations in regards to attainment and personal development of all students. You will be experienced and or comfortable working with children. You will work one to one and in small groups to raise attainment.
About the Roles - Learning Support Teaching Assistant, London.
You will be working 121 with primary aged children. You will be expected to engage the child with their learning and monitor pupil progress closely, ensuring that the child maximises their learning potential. You will work closely alongside the class teacher to follow the class planning, lessons and activities.
