A relatively new primary school situated in the heart of East London are looking to appoint a TA with SEN experience for their Nursery.

The two form entry school with a Nursery attached are looking for a hard working TA with SEN experience who can work 1:1 with a child with Cerebral palsy. Manual handling/physical lifting experience is essential. You will need to be experienced in dealing with children with challenging behaviour.

You will have the following:

- The capability to work with individual children and groups with a wide range of needs, planning tasks and monitoring children's access to learning.

- A responsibility to support children whilst boosting independence and self-motivation.

- An ambition to involve yourself fully and to work as part of a team.

It is required to have a NVQ Level 3 teaching assistant qualification or equivalent. A minimum of 2 years' teaching assistant experience in a school is essential.
