Career Teachers are currently recruiting for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join an Ofsted 'GOOD' Primary School in Barking & Dagenham. You will be supporting 4 SEN Teaching Assistants based in an ARP deliver lessons to pupils who have all been diagnosed with autism, the class size is between 6-9 students.
The position will involve providing classroom support to students in small groups as well as managing the SEN teaching assistants in the class. You will also be asked to deliver lessons that have been planned by the Class Teacher. You will also be delivering various sessions throughout the week and will involve you closely working with the class teacher and SENCo. This will be a full-time, long-term position starting asap
