As a Teaching Assistant (TA) at this Ofsted rated good Secondary Ealing, you will be responsible for providing learning support to individuals and groups while supporting teaching staff. You will be supporting pupils 11 to 16 years (Key Stage 3 and 4).
You will be working with a student in year 8 who will need support with emotional difficulties, dyslexia, low self-esteem, DSD and Cognitive difficulties. In order to be successful in this role it is vital you have experience in at least one of these fields or at least feel comfortable working with the student who will exhibit this kind of behaviour.
