Teaching Assistant - Challenging Behaviour, Complex and Sensory Needs - Leeds

An outstanding school based in the Leeds area are seeking to recruit highly resilient, empathetic, and caring SEN Teaching Assistants to work with students with challenging behaviour, complex and sensory needs across its secondary phase, to begin as soon as possible.

Due to the student's more severe needs, the role presents new challenges daily and is ideally suited to SEN Teaching Assistants who have a real strength of character, are resilient, calm and able to remain unphased and empathetic in challenging times.

This role is perfect for Graduates looking to begin a career in special education or those experienced with special educational needs looking for a new rewarding role.

Teaching Assistant - Complex Needs - The Role.

*Reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team

* Working closely with secondary school students with challenging behaviour, complex and sensory needs

* Proactively dealing with behavioural issues and difficulties relating to SEN

* Full-time, long-term, 70 per day
